I have actually done this on a card I sent to my Sailor. Its such a cute idea and you can use any of the flags to spell out a message. It’s a creative twist on any “I miss you” letter.

This looks so good. It might take a little longer, but it is so worth it :)

I’m all about military and patriotic desserts today…. I make these all the time for parties, they are a huge hit and so much cheaper than buying gourmet dipped strawberries.

Camouflage Cupcake Sandwiches
Another great military themed dessert! How great would these be when having the other wives and girlfriends over? Or even better send a box to work with your man :)

These would make great wall art for any room in your house. I found a website that lets you design your own and turn them into posters, mugs, shirts, and so much more. Or you could always bust out your crafty side and make your own :)
Military Stationed Signs
These are such a great idea to do for you or for a friend. I really like the middle one because it has little symbols to represent major “life moments”.

Cupcakes in a Jar
I have personally made these, but I just baked the cupcakes rite inside the jar and only topped them with frosting. They took a little less than a week to arrive at my Sailor and he said they still tasted great. He was really surprised to receive cupcakes from me from almost 6,000 miles away.
